Sleep Essential Oil Diffuser Blend

Sleep Essential Oil Diffuser Blend is a blissful blend of essential oils to counteract jet lag and promote a deep restful sleep. This this the blend to use in your diffuser at night.  Sets the tone for great sleep and helps with allergies and breathing at night. 

Shake well and drop 5-10 drops into ultrasonic essential oil diffuser with water (per directions for diffuser).

Other uses:

• Add a few drops to a warm bath with magnesium flakes and Epsom salts.

• Apply directly apply to chest/neck.

• Add a few drops to a bowl of baking soda. Sprinkle baking soda over carpets/rugs and let sit for 30 minutes. Vacuum up baking soda and the essential oils will cleanse and refresh your carpets and rugs. All natural, no side effects. Smells amazing!

• Add to body oils or lotions. Works wonder to use on chest/neck in morning with calming benefits.
