Directions for use:

Shake well.  ONLY APPLY TO BOTTOMS OF FEET.  This mixture is strong and might be too warm/spicy if applied to skin.  The bottom of feet are the most absorbing part of the body and work well to absorb essential oils, especially applied to feet at night before bed time.

Do not use if allergic to any ingredients.  Avoid contact with eyes and do not apply directly to face. For children and Babies, spot treat on a patch of skin.  Ingredients are all natural but filled with powerful ingredients.
